What should include the proposal?

The proposals for activities originated by community representatives, aiming to secure funding from the funds distributed through the DAO. These proposals have a general objective of fostering growth for Meta Pool, with the following specific objectives:

  • Education in DeFi/Liquid Staking/Web 3 Governance.

  • TVL generation for Meta Pool.

  • Brand Awareness.

To present a proposal, it must have a clear execution process and KPIs for their proposals and should express their interest to the Meta Pool team via Telegram or Discord. Upon contacting the core team, representatives will be granted access to the form for uploading the proposal.

Every proposal must include the following:

  • Title: Title for the proposal or project.

  • One liner: This must be a quick description, a very general one that helps understand the general idea of your project or proposal.

  • Description: This is where you can describe a little bit more, give details, and provide specifics.

  • Goal it will help achieving: Select from the list one of the options: TVL generation, Education, Brand awareness, or onboarding to Meta Pool products.

  • How it will help achieve it: Describe how the project will help achieve that goal. Keep this short but specific.

  • Date for execution: Date for the activity.

  • Funds needed: You can define a fixed budget for your project or define different possible scopes according to the funds you get. Per example: You can request 200 USD for a full event, but define a smaller but achievable version for 150 USD.

Document: It could be any online doc, a deck, a spreadsheet or any other format, must contain the following information:

  • Introduction: Begin by introducing the project and provide a brief overview of its purpose, goals, and significance. Explain why the project is worthy of funding and why it is important for your region.

  • Project Description: Provide a detailed description of the project, including its objectives, activities, and expected outcomes. Outline the scope of the project, timeline, and any specific deliverables or milestones.

  • Budget: Present a comprehensive budget for the project, outlining the estimated costs for various aspects such as personnel, materials, equipment, services, and any other relevant expenses. Consider that this will be aligned with the amount of funding you will be requesting.

  • Project Impact and Benefits: Describe the potential impact and benefits of the project. Explain how it aligns with this program's goals and priorities. Highlight any anticipated positive outcomes, such as social, economic, environmental, or community impacts.

  • Implementation Plan: Provide a detailed plan for project implementation, including the tasks, responsibilities, and timelines. Clearly outline the steps involved and describe how the project will be managed, monitored, and evaluated.
