As Validator
A validator is in charge of confirming transactions per blocks or chunks and secure the network.
Even when becoming a validator on the NEAR Protocol network is a permission-less process. Meta Pool team is really interested in that high valuable node runners can secure the network transactions. Validator community is wide in variety and includes individuals, communities, startups, VC's, corporations and more. In this way, we motivate and support initiatives that help more validators to be active on the NEAR Network, as this is the way to have a securest network.
Meta Pool have an automatic assignation mechanism that will evaluate the performance of your validator once that it is online and producing blocks/chunks. Once it have a good performance delegation of NEAR tokens from Meta Pool will be done.
